The job:

The qualifications:

(1) Production Head/Production Coordinator
Extensive experience in furniture manufacturing, highly motivated, and has the ability to effectively plan, direct, coordinate and strategize the activities of a 100-head production group = Shall act as management’s chief point-person in the production department, and will be expected to report to management production order statuses from time to time = Able to devise methods to use the plant’s personnel and capital resources to best meet production goals = Must have an in-depth knowledge on all tools and equipment relating to furniture production, and has a complete understanding of raw materials.

(1) Quality Control Chief
Responsible for formulating guidelines & activities geared toward monitoring and improving accuracy of work output and effectiveness of process/es used = Able to supervise, train and effectively deploy subordinate inspectors = Self-motivated and willing to work long hours, in needed = An effective communicator through all levels of the organization.

(1) Quality Control Inspector
Responsible for performing QC/QA check procedures at various process end points of production = Has undergone basic skills training in QC inspection = Must have basic understanding of equipments and materials = Good inter-active skills with technicians, operators, & workers.

(1) Production Engineering, Research, and Development Manager
This position will oversee a small technical group involved with new product development activities in support of the company’s rapidly flowing business = Knowledge of the furniture manufacturing process is a MUST, and must have been a hands-on manager with at least 3 years industrial experience leading a technical group in a manufacturing setting = Ability to interact with the production workforce and Customers is a requirement.

The position shall be responsible for product and activities costing, including evaluation of product designs and manufacturing process with the end goal of maximizing product reliability at the least cost of production = The Candidate must be a graduate of a reputable college or university, and must have relevant working experience in a furniture-manufacturing environment = Candidate must be proficient in both written and oral English communication.

The position shall be responsible for leading the company’s machining section, which included rough cutting, as well as, final cutting of parts for the assembly line = The Candidate must have extensive, relevant working experience from a furniture-manufacturing company = Candidate must be organized, goal-oriented, and must be able to direct and deploy subordinates, for efficient work flow.

(1) Executive Assistant
Proficient in Oral and Written communications = Able to accept client phone calls and be of assistance to buyers during showroom visits = Required to have above average computer skills, with emphasis in PowerPoint presentations.
