Customer Support Rep (English & Spanish)

We are a strong-growing BPO company offering back-office and support services to emerging businesses and mid-size companies across the globe. We are in urgent need of people like YOU to fill in the following positions at our Cebu office.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT REP (ENGLISH & SPANISH)
• Responsible for providing timely support and assistance to customers.

Qualifications:
• At least two (2) years in college or an associate’s degree holder.
• Preferably 1-3 years experience in a high volume, fast-paced customer support center environment.
• Superior English oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills, able to work well under pressure with a professional demeanor.
• Results-oriented with a keen eye for details.
• Highly efficient, pro-active, organized, and with strong time management skills.
• Flexible and willing to go the extra mile.
• Proficient in various MS Office applications and internet savvy.
• Fluent in Spanish (i.e., for Spanish Customer Support Rep).
• Experience in mortgage, debt settlement, and/or loan modification is a plus
• Willing to work night shifts
• Able to start work immediately
