(4) Sales Specialists
The job:
This position is responsible in marketing and selling of flour & yeast products of the company within the assigned area. The position maintains good relations with new and existing customers, and provides information, assistance, and support to maximize sales volume. The position also keeps track of all customers’ accounts receivables and keeps management informed of marketing trends, competitive products and pricing.
The qualifications:
He/She must be a graduate of any four-yr. course. No more than 30 years old. Must be familiar of the Company’s flour and yeast products. Preferably have sales & collection experiences. Must have excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Must be computer literate. Knows how to drive and with driver’s license.
Electrical Engineer
The candidates should be no more than 30 years old. Should be a registered electrical engineer with at least 1 yr. Industry/Utility experience. Must be familiar on AutoCad, MS Project, MS Visio. Have strong values on integrity and on passion for excellence and responsibility. Must have good commucation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
(3) Mechanical Engineers
Qualifications:
1. Must be a licensed Mechanical Engineer; no more than 30 years old.
2. At least 2 yrs. experience in maintenance management in a manufacturing setting.
3. Excellent leadership and planning skills.
4. Have strong values on integrity and on passion for excellence and responsibility.
5. Must have excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
6. High level of competence in statistical analysis and technical report preparation an advantage; must be computer literate.
