RJ Web Design Services is a web design and development company providing professional design and programming services to our mostly American clientele. We are currently seeking driven, attention to detail oriented applicants for the position below. Pay is 20,000 to 50,000 peso per month depending on your abilities and experience:

MULTIMEDIA ARTIST: This is a high-end position.
- You must have at least 3 years professional experience. Do NOT apply if you are a fresh graduate.
- Prefer applicants with fine arts degree or at least with a firm understanding of color theory and familiar with current western design preferences.
- Responsibilities will include creating website layouts, creating Flash including Actionscript, creating vector based logos, creating print layouts, editing photos, and more.

- Skills: Advanced Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash skills including Flash Actionscript 2 and 3. Ability to correctly "slice" Photoshop layouts and hand code XHTML / CSS.
- Ability to work with 3D modeling or Music composition / sound effects software a plus.

Pay is 20,000 to 50,000 pesos per month depending on skills and experience:

PHP / mySQL Developer: This is a high-end position.
- Must have an IT related degree and minimum of 4 years experience. Do NOT apply if you are a fresh graduate.
- Responsibilities include "slicing" Photoshop layouts created by artists, hand coding XHTML, XML, CSS, Javascript and mySQL. Will also be "team lead" and be checking other developer's work and supervising employees.

- Skills: PHP 4 & 5 (OOP), Zend Framework experience, experience with Wordpress theme development and Wordpress plugin development, firm understanding of how to develop secure web applications, ability to hand code validated XHTML, CSS, XML, Javascript, and mySQL, knowledge of Linux command line syntax, able to manage subversion (SVN) version control software and use it effectively.
