- Customer Service Associates (CSA)
- Technical Support Representatives (TSR)

For CSA Qualifications:
- Above average - excellent spoken and written English language skills
- Familiarity with computers and basic software programs like Microsoft Office
- Accurate Typing Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills (listening, summarizing)
- Personal Impact (presence, confidence, empathy, and ability to deal with difficult/upset customers)
- Desire to excel, high energy level, ability to deal with stress

For TSR Qualifications:
- Knowledge in Windows 98 and various Operating Systems
- Installation / removing program know-how
- Hardware troubleshooting
- Simple Internet surfing know-how
- Knowledge / familiarity in computer applications
