For Hire: NURSES for U.S. H1B Working Visa

For Hire: NURSES for U.S. H1B Working Visa

The H1B visa cap has not been consumed which means employers are still open to file petition for this visa category. Our client in the US, a staffing company based in New York, is going to offer H1B sponsorship to a selected few qualified nurses who will meet the following qualifications:

Must have solid experience in any of the following specialty areas: ER, ICU, NICU, PICU, and other critical care areas
Must have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in the given specialty area
Must have Bachelors Degree in Nursing
Must have passed NCLEX and IELTS
VisaScreen Cert is preferred but not required
Steps to Qualify: Candidate must complete the attached application form together with his/her latest photo and resume. The form can be sent back to PNI Manila by any of the following options: By email: sharonb@pnicare.com By Fax: (632) 6381741 By Mail: Attention: Sharon Belinario PNI International Corp Unit 9D Strata 2000 Bldg Emerald Ave., Ortigas Center Pasig City 1605

Candidate will be notified of the interview with the employer. The two-fold interview is composed of general and clinical/technical interviews.

After the interviews, Candidate will be notified of the result of his/her interviews.

If accepted by the Employer, Candidate will be provided the agreements to sign.

H1B petition preparation and filing follows. Candidate can be deployed within 4 months.

H1B petition process is more complex than I-140 and much more expensive but our client is pro-actively pursuing this opportunity with nurses who will meet the stringent requirements.
Time is of the essence due to the limited window of opportunity to file the H1B petition.
