Mainframe Developers and Web Developers

A US company is planning to setup a development center in Cebu and are need of the following.



10 Mainframe Developer

Qualifications:

* COBOL experience - 2-3 years
* Quikjob
* TSO
* FileAid
* Endeavor
* TWS
* Expeditor
* MQ - 2-3 years
* CICS,
* JCL
* VSAM experience
* Experience developing on an IBM AS400
* iSeries or Power 6 platforms
* DB2 experience

Web Developers

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s Degree is required.
* Proven track record of 3 to 5 years in the IT industry; specifically Web Development.
* 2+ yrs experience with ASP.
* 3+ yrs experience in .NET and SQL Server.
* 2+ yrs experience with C# is a plus.
* Proven ability to learn new tools and be productive in short timeframes.
* Passion for technology and using it for problem solving.
* Familiarity with latest technology trends and direction such as SOA, BPM, Web Portals and ESBs is preferred.
* Knowledge of the Healthcare Industry is a plus.
* Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
* Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical problem solving and conceptual skills.
* Experience in a single complex development environment or across multiple platforms.
* In depth understanding of business unit functions and applications.
* Strong knowledge of systems development life cycle.
* Strong knowledge of operational maintenance environment.
* Show strong, general understanding of health care industry.
* Process unique or specific business knowledge related to information system applications that are frequently sought out by others.
* Experience with Enterprise Application Integration technologies like BizTalk is a plus.

There will also be a 3-6 months training in the US.
