Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Psychology, Organization Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related courses
Female, 21-27 years old
With at least 1-2 years work experience in HR processes: recruitment, timekeeping, compensation and benefits and labor relations
With knowledge in Philippine Labor Code
Above average communication and interpersonal skills
Computer literate
Well organized in filing and maintaining filing systems
Tactful, diplomatic and has the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels in the organization
Pleasing personality
Ground Equipment Maintenance Supervisor
Qualifications:
Licensed Mechanical Engineer
With at least 5 years experience in a Supervisory level
Knowledgeable in heavy equipment repairs and maintenance
Knowledgeable in Hydraulic and Electrical Systems
Can work under pressure under minimum supervision
Good in oral and written communication
Physically fit
